Welcome. These terms set out the rules for booking campsites and using Achilles Magic Desserts. By creating an account or reserving a camping tent or outdoor gear, you accept these terms, so please take a moment to read them.
You may use Achilles Magic Desserts for lawful outdoor recreation only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt our camp site network, or use it in any way that could harm us, other campers, or nature trails in our care.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all bookings and activity under your account. Let us know straight away if you suspect any unauthorized use or fraudulent reservations.
Our camping packages and outdoor gear rentals are billed according to your chosen plan. All prices are shown clearly before you book. You can upgrade your backpack storage, add extra nights, or modify your reservation anytime from your account settings. As a bonus, members enjoy surprise discounts on campfire permits and nature trail guides.
You can cancel your campsite booking whenever you like. Your reservation will remain active until the end of your booked dates, after which it won't renew. A welcome offer of partial refund credit applies to cancellations made within our standard window.
We work hard to keep our campsites safe and well-maintained, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the stay in which an issue arose.
We may update these terms from time to time as our camping facilities and outdoor recreation services evolve. The latest version will always be available on this page, and we'll let you know about material changes.
